5 TERRE

A few hours drive from SIENA, via the Autostrada del Mare along the coastline of Italy, lies the CINQUE TERRE Natural Park. Traveling through charming, breathtaking scenery, one can find – set on rocky spurs covered by vineyards, olive trees, conifers and luxuriant vegetation – the five charming fishing villages: MANAROLA, VERNAZZA, RIOMAGGIORE, MONTEROSSO, CORNIGLIA, usually referred to collectively as the CINQUE TERRE. The Cinque Terre have become an almost obligatory Italian destination for the many tourists who every year travel – by train, car, on foot or by boat – the different routes connecting the five villages. Davide will be happy to show you the interior of the charming VILLA LIBERTY STYLE, which was the location of the movie “900” starring Robert de Niro, Gérard Depardieu and Donald Sutherland.
